When you tell Deanna she is a marvel and an angel, she lights up with this beautiful glow and shares her sunny smile. Deanna is a friendly young girl offering you unconditional devotion for life.    She is a beautiful Queensland Heeler & Sporting mix, 3 years young, good with other dogs, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    Deanna was at another shelter that ran out of space for her.

Bonnie Angel Jazz Kenny Shelby Bonnie and four of her six babies -- Angel , Jazz , Kenny , and Shelby -- are now spayed/neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. ( Bonnie's two other puppies will be ready for adoption in the days to come.) Bonnie , a tiny and adorable Chihuahua, is 4 years of age and only weighs 6 pounds. She likes sneaking doggie kisses on gentle people who praise her. Her babies, all affectionate and playful, are almost 4 months of age. Angel , her daughter, walks on three legs due to a missing front right paw (birth defect). Mom and babies can be adopted individually, but please strongly consider adopting a pair for lifetime love and companionship. They needed us due to their previous owners' financial hardship.

Angel , 10, asks for a very patient and understanding hero. She is partially blind, reportedly doing better in the daylight and able to go for nice walks, but nearly fully blind at night without bright light. Her hearing is also impaired to some degree. Angel is a petite Yorkshire Terrier, a spayed girl, fine with other dogs and older kids, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA. We adopted her earlier this year. She was returned for barking when she got disoriented at night. We believe there are many reasonable and helpful steps that can be taken to help Angel adjust and feel secure. Angel is a very petite, dainty young Papillon mix recovering from severe malnutrition.  She yearns for love and adoration and the feeling of being safe.  Angel is 1 year of age, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She was in very poor, underweight condition, with splotchy hair loss, at the time of rescue.  But Angel is now on premium, probiotic food and we have seen substantial improvements in her energy levels and appearance already.  Please help Angel find a hero who will adopt her and help her continue to reach her full loving potential.

Georgia is an angel, a very gentle soul with heavenly kindness.  She is an apricot Shih-Tzu, spayed girl, about 7 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Georgia was at another shelter with her left eye injured beyond repair.  Her previous owner was reportedly found, but Georgia was never reclaimed.  Please help us find this serene girl the home she deserves where she will never be in danger again.  Georgia is great with other dogs and needs regular professional grooming.

Why was this baby angel banished to living in the garage, day and night?  His name is Tiny and he is starving for attention and love.  Tiny is a peppy Chihuahua mix puppy, 6 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety. He enjoys other dogs and reportedly likes to play with mature kids too.  Please let Tiny live predominantly indoors as a cherished, valued member of your family.

Angel yearns for stability and kindness.  She cannot comprehend how or why a human could betray her innocence with abuse.  Angel's progress will continue in a gentle home where she is showered with kindness and peace.  Angel is a small, blond Heinz 57 with Chihuahua, 1 year young, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Angel likes other dogs and another dog in the home as a big brother or big sister to her may help speed up her emotional recovery.

Angel is a beautiful older girl who yearns for belonging to someone who will help her feel secure. She is a Yorkshire Terrier, spayed, about 10 years of age, and she needs regular professional grooming care. Angel has a jovial personality, but when a person leaves her, she reportedly can panic and begin nipping at their heels, begging them to stay.  This behavior is the reason she lost her previous home, but it can be corrected through basic training techniques.  An experienced home is needed. She is compatible with both cats and dogs and she is reportedly housetrained and crate-trained too.

Update: Angel was adopted on October 11th! Angel needed us when her previous owner moved into a college dormitory. She is a darling young girl with a glowing, sunny nature.   She is a Bichon Frise, spayed, just a year of age, and she debuts for adoption today. Angel is not just sweet, but well-behaved too.  She enjoys other playful dogs and reportedly she is housetrained (with a doggie door), crate-trained, and compatible with mature, older children. Angel's favorite game is playing fetch with stick-like toys. Please plan on regular professional grooming care for her and budget extra accordingly.

Angel is not only blessed with stunning good looks, she is eager-to-please and quite the character with her flashy personality. She is a Siberian Husky mix puppy with sky blue eyes, spayed, and approximately 9 months of age. Angel loves being around other dogs, plus she is good with cats and kind children too. Angel is also reportedly housetrained (with a doggie door) and crate-trained. She needed us because of her owner's financial collapse. Angel debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Update: Angel was adopted on August 27th! Angel's sweet disposition is one of her best qualities. She is a gorgeous Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel & Poodle) mix, spayed, and approximately 4 years young. Angel is housetrained (with a doggie door) and compatible with other good-natured dogs. Please plan on regular grooming care for her and budget extra accordingly. Angel needed rescue because her owner became too ill to care for her. Angel is one of more than a dozen dogs debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
