Every day is so precious. We are especially reminded of this when those we love may have shortened lifespans. Mia , a tiny lovebug puppy, weighing only 4 pounds, 8 months of age, loves being held and reassured. Talk sweet and she will lay her head against your neck and chest.    She is a Chihuahua, good with cats and dogs, and ready for a hero adoption at Nevada SPCA . Mia was born with a mild case of hydrocephalus (neurological disorder in which excess cerebrospinal fluid accumulates in the brain). She may live without suffering for many years, or for just several months, as her veterinarians cannot predict her future well-being.    Please help us find a hero to cheerfully shower Mia with love and adoration for however many days/weeks/months/years she has to grace us with.

Mr. Burns , 17, blind, weighing only 4 pounds, politely asks for your consideration. Oswald , a tiny junior puppy with a lamb-like appearance and gentle spirit, needs someone to love. He only weighs 4 pounds, so thorough safety precautions for him in your home and yard is essential.    Oswald is a Chihuahua & Toy mix with wiry hair, 10 months of age, housetrained, good with other sweet dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    He needed us when his previous owners moved away without him.

Sammy , 10, a tiny 4-pound sweetheart, loves gentle cuddling. He is seeking a quiet home with a precious routine he can count on. Sammy is a Chihuahua, neutered, good with cats and dogs, crate-trained, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    He needed us due to his previous owner's financial hardship.

June 7 July 19 This tiny, 4-pound angel was rescued last month after being found in deplorable condition on the streets, the victim of years of extreme neglect. We put Esperanza on a premium, probiotic diet, had her groomed, spayed, and had dental care provided for her. Esperanza is a Shih-Tzu, about 12 years of age and she is drawn to gentle people and dogs. Please help us find her a responsible home where she will finally understand what being cherished and adored feels like.

Zsa Zsa is a 4-pound angel, a youngster with the innocence and beauty of a tiny deer.  What was this gentle girl doing lost on the streets of Las Vegas with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip ID, not spayed)?  Zsa Zsa is a Chihuahua, 1 year of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She likes being held and reassured and gets along well with other sweet dogs.  Due to Zsa Zsa's tiny size, please take extra precautions for safety in your home and backyard.

What was this tiny, 4-pound angel, at 14 years of age, doing all alone near one of the busiest boulevards in all of Las Vegas with no sign of responsible ownership?  We named her Buffy and she is a chocolate Chihuahua, spayed girl, good with other calm dogs.  Buffy loves being pampered!  When you fuss on her and give her tender care she feels reassured that she is safe.
