Look, I made it! I was overjoyed to see my mommy and siblings again.

Update: Mowgli was adopted on October 4th!

Thanks to tender loving foster care from one of our staff, who took Mowgli home each night for bottle feedings, this "runt" of the litter began to flourish.

Mowgli is the fourth of Grace's Angels, babies previously featured on this site.

We had to separate her from her sisters and brother back in July when the babies were just a few weeks old because, being much smaller, she could not compete with her siblings and get enough nursing from Grace, her mother.

On Saturday, after being spayed, Mowgli triumphantly rejoined the pack, her mother and siblings ecstatic to welcome her back and know that she survived.  They licked and nuzzled her, and within moments she was hopping all over them and playing tug-of-war with a small blanket. It was a scene so touching and beautiful that all of us cried or had tears in our eyes witnessing it.

Mowgli debuts for adoption today.  She is a Chihuahua and Shih-Tzu and Papillon mix, about 3 months of age.  She needs an especially gentle home due to her tiny size and extra precautions with puppy-proofing your home and yard for her safety and protection.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there.
