He is a Mini Lop rabbit, neutered, approximately 8 months of age.
Capote is one of 11 bunnies we recently rescued from another shelter.
He loves to stretch out to get supremely comfortable. Our staff can show you how to simply and inexpensively build a larger habitat for him -- a bunny condo with a loft ledge -- like the ones we have here.
Our new Lovebugs adoption room for rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, and hamsters is helping showcase species who often get overlooked in shelters. It is wonderful to see more people appreciating these species and finding out that, like cats and dogs, they have individual personalities and are capable of great love.
