He is a suave young boy who loves attention and we find him to be perfectly adorable.
Moxy is a small Terrier mix, neutered, approximately 2 years young, and he debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
His background is largely unknown. We rescued him from another shelter. But we know he enjoys kind people and friendly dogs.
