Update: Nugget & Schnitzel were adopted on July 12th!Nugget & Schnitzel are very handsome young boys who have become soul-mates.
Both are Dachshunds, Nugget a shorthair of 2 years, and Schnitzel a longhair about 3 years of age. They are neutered and debuting for adoption today.
Nugget is curious, calm, and friendly. Schnitzel is shy with new people, but warm-hearted with those he trusts.
The boys needed us because their previous owner was not home enough to give them the attention they need and deserve.
Nugget & Schnitzel are fine with other dogs and they are reportedly housetrained and crate-trained.
Dachshund knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred for their adoption.
