Who is more adorable than a jolly, goofy boy like me?

Update: Buddy was adopted on January 16th!

Buddy's
zeal for life and good cheer is contagious.

He can walk into a room and put a smile on every face.

This fun-loving boy is a Yellow Labrador Retriever, neutered, just under 4 years of age.

Because of a microchip ID that traced back to us (from his adoption in 2006), we were notified that Buddy had landed in a government shelter in California and had limited time.

Attempts to contact his adopter failed, so we scrambled to find a volunteer who could save him and return him to Nevada SPCA.

The close friend of one of our staff who lives in California stepped forward and retrieved Buddy. She then spent a few weeks with him as a foster parent to learn more about him.

Buddy is now back at Nevada SPCA and ready for adoption today. His foster mom reports that he is housetrained, crate-trained, and fine with some dogs (though too energetic for others). She also reports that he may do best with some dog obedience training.
