I love adults but I am anxious about children.

Update: Zozo was adopted on February 20th!

Zozo
is a zany, affectionate, and outgoing young girl.

And she is a beauty -- a gorgeous mix of Siberian Husky and Labrador Retriever, one eye blue and the other golden brown.

Zozo is spayed, about 3 years of age, and she debuts for adoption today.

We believe she will do best with basic dog training. She is eager to please and we believe she will learn quickly, with the lessons helping her channel her energy in well-behaved ways.

We rescued Zozo from another shelter. She had been surrendered there reportedly due to her attempting to nip a child who had cornered her.

We had her evaluated carefully and no evidence of aggression or temper was found. However, she have may accidentally or intentionally been hurt by a child before, creating fear and anxiety around young people, so to err on the safe side for dog bite prevention she requires a home and lifestyle free of toddlers and young children.
