Did I do something wrong?

Update: Clea was adopted on December 26th!

As most of you know, the vast majority of animals in shelters and rescue programs have done nothing to deserve to lose their homes.

Instead, someone has almost always failed them. Yet while the dumping of the animals is more of a reflection on the person throwing them away, it is the animals who have their lives on the line.

Clea was stuffed in a box with a note. Her previous owner took a reckless gamble that a caring person would find her before she was injured, dehydrated, or mistakenly put in a garbage truck.

Fortunately, a Nevada SPCA staff person happened to find her, and little Clea was whisked into safety and tender loving care before further harm could come her way.

Clea is a gorgeous, petite Calico, medium-hair, spayed, and 2 years young.

She enjoys other cats and she is affectionate with kind people.

Please ask for Clea by name in the free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms at Nevada SPCA. As with all cats, she needs and requires a strictly indoor-only lifestyle for her safety and protection.
