Inside and out, this little boy beams joy and love with great radiance.
He is a Shih-Tzu mix, neutered, about 2 years young. He debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
Pepper needed us when his owner had to move in with her relatives.
He is reportedly housetrained, crate-trained, good with other dogs, and compatible with kind, mature children.
Please plan on regular grooming care for Pepper and budget extra accordingly.
