I am very friendly and my safety is my top concern.

Update: Bonita Marie was adopted on March 6th!

Bonita Marie
is so docile and easy-going that she even walks well on a leash.

She is a social girl and enjoys the company of people and other good-natured goats.

Upon her rescue (from another shelter) we had Bonita Marie join two pot belly pigs in the Pig Pen. Within hours she was comfortable enough to eat and nap and hang around them for companionship.

Despite extensive research into goat breeds, we frankly cannot pinpoint her ancestry. This stunningly beautiful girl is obviously a rare breed, perhaps a San Clemente or Spanish goat.

Bonita Marie needs, deserves, and requires a home where she will be adored and protected for the rest of her life. She may be approximately 5 years of age and goats can sometimes live to 15 years or longer.

The lifelong commitment to her safety must be 100%, as goats are in danger of being eaten or slaughtered for religious sacrifice.
