Will my broken heart ever heal?

Update: Miss Dunkin was adopted on October 6th!

A couple walked into Nevada SPCA's lobby, set down a carrier, and then walked away without a word or second look.

We peered inside the carrier and very sad, big blue eyes looked back at us, crying for help.

There was no note or explanation of any kind from the people who had so nonchalantly dumped her.

Our staff named her Miss Dunkin. She is a lovely Flame Point Siamese mix, approximately 3 years of age.

Miss Dunkin is a quiet-natured, unassuming young girl. She gets along well with other cats, but she is shy with new people until she gets to know them.

She is now spayed and ready for adoption.

Miss Dunkin and the 200 other felines in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on major vaccinations, and micro-chipped. Each needs a strictly indoor-only lifestyle for their safety and protection, plus a lifetime commitment from their adopters to make them members of the family.
