I will brighten your spirits and help you appreciate everyday joys.

Update: Bonnie was adopted on August 29th!

There is some truth to the old saying, "You cannot fatten a greyhound."

But we have sure tried with Bonnie. Her appetite did not seem hearty enough to match her playfulness and energy level, so we placed her in a foster home in the hope that a less stressful environment would help her gain pounds.

Bonnie enjoyed her foster home and made some progress, but she may be destined to be on the thinner side. However, we have seen similar dogs gain weight beautifully after settling in to their new adopted homes.

Bonnie is a Greyhound & Yellow Labrador Retriever mix, spayed, approximately 18 months young.

She is reportedly housetrained and compatible with other dogs (but aggressive with cats).

Bonnie loves life! She is exuberant and loving, full of sunshine.
