Update: Rocket was adopted on June 6th!Rocket is, indeed, a blast! He is fun, silly, and full of himself.
You can see the anxiety in his eyes though. Even though just a young adult, he has been in and out of homes and shelters, and understandably, he is nervous to trust his love to a person again.
So he needs a steady, stable home where he will never have to worry that those he depends on will abandon him.
Rocket is most likely a Shih-Tzu and Lhasa Apso mix, neutered male, approximately just a year of age. He is choosy about which other dogs he likes. Be sure to budget extra for regular grooming care. He is ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
